Helping high-achieving women stop overthinking and start living.
Does anxiety feel like it’s getting in the way of the life you want?
You’re the one everyone counts on — caring, dependable, always getting things done.
Underneath it all, you’re stretched thin and wonder how much longer you can keep going like this.
You don’t have to keep handling it all on your own, even if part of you feels like you should.
Anxiety therapy helps you feel confident, build boundaries that last, and enjoy the life you’ve been working so hard for.
Everyday Signs of Anxiety
Anxiety isn’t always panic attacks or constant worry — sometimes it shows up in the little things you do every day, like:
Replaying conversations, wondering if you said the “right” thing
Refreshing your inbox (again)
Turning a small decision into a big one
Saying yes even when you’re already at capacity
Lying awake at night running through every “what if”
Feeling anxious in social situations or asking for reassurance
Anxiety comes in all shapes and sizes.
Anxiety doesn’t just live in your mind, it shows up in your body, too: trouble sleeping, a racing heart, tense shoulders, stomach issues, snapping at loved ones, or feeling like your brain never shuts off.
What’s Beneath the Surface
You’ve probably heard advice like “just breathe” or “stop overthinking.”
If it were that simple, you wouldn’t still be lying awake at night, checking off one more thing on your list, or chasing the next goal hoping you’ll finally feel better.
Everywhere you look, someone seems to be doing it better—balancing work, relationships, and self-care—and it leaves you questioning if you’re measuring up. The pressure to “do it all” never stops. Even when you’re giving everything you’ve got, it can still feel like it’s never enough.
And if you grew up being the “easy one” or the “good girl,” it makes sense why slowing down or saying no feels so uncomfortable now. Being agreeable and dependable used to feel like a strength, but now it leaves you drained, with guilt tagging along anytime you try to rest.
Therapy is where you get to pause, reset, and finally take a breath you didn’t realize you were holding.
Through anxiety therapy, you can let go of self-criticism and find joy in the present.
Therapy helps you build new ways of coping so you can:
Speak up for what you need without overexplaining or apologizing
Be present with the people you love
Catch anxious thoughts before they spiral
Feel calmer and more connected to your body
As things shift, you sleep more deeply, feel less on edge and have space to enjoy the moments that matter — laughing with friends, sharing quality time with your partner, or resting without guilt.
My Approach to Anxiety Therapy
My style is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I’ll validate what you’re feeling while gently challenging the habits that keep you rooted in anxiety, perfectionism, and people-pleasing. Because I know how overwhelming anxiety can feel (I’ve been there, too), I show up with both empathy and practical strategies.
Therapy gives you room to share what’s been on your mind and untangle the patterns that keep you stuck in worry or self-doubt. Along the way, I’ll offer tools you can use right away, while also helping you reconnect with yourself in a deeper, more compassionate way.
This work isn’t to slow you down or make you less driven. It’s about helping you go after what you want without burning out. You get to have both: your goals and the ability to enjoy them.
✻ Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT): Tools to help you manage emotions, reduce stress, and make room for joy in your relationships and daily life.
✻ Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT): Softening self-criticism and nurturing a gentler way of talking to yourself.
✻ Mindfulness practices: The practice of being in the present moment without judgment, even when your mind tries to pull you away
✻ Solution-Focused & Strengths-Based Work: Noticing what’s already working, expand on your strengths, and making small, small, doable steps towards your goals
I’ve struggled with anxiety for as long as I can remember. Will therapy really help?
Yes. Therapy can’t erase anxiety completely (it’s part of being human), but it can make it feel less overwhelming. Together, we’ll get to the root of what’s fueling it, calm your nervous system, and help you trust yourself again.
My schedule is packed, and I don’t think I have time for therapy.
That’s when therapy can be most helpful. It’s one hour a week just for you — no emails, no juggling. Think of it as a reset button for your brain. Most clients leave sessions feeling more focused and better able to handle what’s next.
What if I’ve tried therapy before and it didn’t work?
That’s more common than you think. The fit between you and your therapist is important. I encourage giving it a few sessions to see how it feels. My approach is collaborative and nonjudgmental so you can show up exactly as you are.
